Focus and Scope
Revista Juris Verdi is a digital, open-access, and free scientific journal linked to the Research Group "Constitution, Public Administration, Public Policies, Development, Sustainability, and Social Responsibility – CADES" (CNPq), affiliated with the University of Fortaleza – UNIFOR. Its primary objective is to promote the dissemination of scientific reflections and academic essays that are theoretically, methodologically, and epistemologically articulated through interdisciplinary dialogues among Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, and Sustainability Studies.
The journal is particularly dedicated to themes involving the intersections between the Constitution, public management, formulation and evaluation of public policies, sustainable development, environmental justice, social responsibility, and socioeconomic inclusion. It seeks to foster critical and innovative approaches that contribute to consolidating knowledge committed to social transformation, the strengthening of democracy, and the realization of fundamental rights.
Revista Juris Verdi serves as a plural academic space committed to scientific excellence, open to national and international researchers, prioritizing the quality, originality, and social relevance of the published works, always aligned with the core themes of the CADES Research Group.
Revista Juris Verdi is a digital, open-access scientific journal dedicated to publishing high-quality academic content, aiming to promote the dissemination of legal knowledge, especially at the intersection of Law, Environment, Sustainable Development, and Social Justice.
Published quarterly, the journal accepts scientific articles, research results, critical essays, translations of relevant works, and reviews, provided they align with its editorial line. All issues are available in digital format on the official portal.
Peer Review Process
Manuscripts submitted to Revista Juris Verdi undergo two stages of evaluation:

Preliminary editorial review, carried out by the editorial team, which checks for compliance with the Author Guidelines, thematic alignment with the journal’s scope, and formal aspects;

Double-blind peer review, conducted by at least two ad hoc reviewers with expertise in the subject area. This process ensures anonymity of both authors and reviewers.
Reviewers may recommend: (a) acceptance; (b) acceptance with mandatory revisions; or (c) rejection. In the case of mandatory revisions, authors will have up to five (5) business days (extendable) to submit a revised version. Lack of response may result in rejection.
The editorial team reserves the right to make formatting, grammatical, and orthographic adjustments without altering the content or authors’ style.
Open Access Policy
This journal adopts the principle of immediate open access, offering free and unrestricted access to all published content. We believe that unrestricted availability of scientific knowledge enhances its democratization and social impact.
